Delivery options
I offer different delivery methods depending on your needs. Read below to learn more.
PostNord
The easiest choice. You enter a delivery address and PostNord handles the shipment. PostNord offers home delivery and collection from agents.
Local delivery
Are you located in Gävle? Then you can use this option for a faster and safer delivery. I personally deliver your order when it is ready.
Pickup
I show up at conventions every now and then. Choose this option if you are also going to the event or live nearby.

Return & Complaint
Return
3D Tails offers a 30-day return policy. The right of withdrawal is valid for 30 days from when you received the item.
Please note that the right of withdrawal does not cover custom-made goods, for example door hangers with your own text or specially ordered accessories.
Goods not included in the right of withdrawal:

In the case of a return, a contact with 3D Tails via email is first required. Please enter "Return" in the subject line and state the order number and which item(s) you wish to return.

Complaint
Is there a fault with the product? Of course I'm here to help you.
​I offer, for example, complaints or replacement goods for the fault you have discovered.
​
You as a consumer have the responsibility to find the fault within a reasonable time, preferably within two months. The right to complain is valid for three years.
